Similar to many other Comfort Inns, clean and basic. Good enough for a few nights, simple and no frills hotel room. It had a clean bathroom but the facilities themselves were a bit outdated compared to other hotel chains.

The staff was very helpful when I complain about the foul odor and dirtiness room. They change us to another room immediately. The hotel rugs look nasty soil on common areas. The elevator make annoying noise, we thought we will be stocked inside.

Breakfast was very good. Room very clean and beds very comfortable . Very convenient location for us, in town for funeral . I would stay there again if in town .

I want a refund. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival the desk agent gave us a single king size bed. When asked he said there were no other available rooms. That a large group of children had stayed recently and other room had not been cleaned. He stated that all rooms were equipped with a pull out bed. He brought us extra pillows and sheets only to find out there was no pill out bed. My friend was forced to sleep on the floor. He stated that he hYd no other options. I was very uncomfortable and extremely embarrassing as we are no very young. There was no coffee available the next day as well as no breakfast provided as was advertised included. The room was over priced for a bad location. We stayed at another location the night before for a 100 less. In a more popular area. It was a horrible experience. I spoke to the manager before leaving and she was very rude and just explained that they were busy .
